Bandidas Price Increase

Bandidas will be raising our prices effective July 28, 2021.  We do not raise our prices lightly. Affordability is a core value of Bandidas. We know that access to affordable and healthy food increases individual and community well-being. In order to continue to be affordable to a wide demographic, we are not increasing the price on the $10 Frank Burrito and we are decreasing the price of the Huevo Rancheros to $10. These items are designed to be affordable, delicious, and just as filling and nourishing as our other dishes.

There are a few reasons why we are raising our prices. The most obvious is the rising costs of everything. Dairy & avocado costs have skyrocketed...and so sadly, guac, nachos, & baked items are going up significantly. Cheese is now the same price as vegan cheese and so vegans will no longer have to pay extra.

The most important reason for raising prices is to increase wages for our team. We are committed to paying fair wages and offering our employees extended health benefits. We have amazing staff and we are deeply grateful for their hard work, expertise, and their care in serving our community nourishing food. Vancouver is an expensive city to live in and if the restaurant cannot afford to pay our team well, then we are not a viable business.

We are so grateful for your patronage. We know that we are held in a net of love by our community. The daily kindnesses, high tips for the team, gift card buying, respectful behaviour, and supportive words during the pandemic have really shown us how lucky we are to be part of the community.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
