“Inspired by light and the lack of it. Using colours and light to help landscapes speak words. When shooting at night light seemingly interacts with space more purposefully. Illuminating with intent. The absence of daylight reveals a whole new storyline. When the dust settles from the day everything we call "ours" lies waiting in stillness for tomorrow. These tend to be the scenes that capture my attention. I try to connect the dots with my photos, telling stories of how each unique existence equals a whole. A way of life, our daily environments, our societies and cultures, our commonalities and our differences. Life for me is about venturing out in the dark and finding beauty along the way.”
